Job Title: RN Robotics Coordinator

HCA MidAmerica Health is seeking a skilled RN Robotics Coordinator to join our team at Lee's Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of robotic surgery services.

About the Role:

The RN Robotics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the robotics service line at LSMC, including planning and preparing for robotic surgeries, managing supplies and equipment, and overseeing the use of robotics in surgical care. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the robotics service line at LSMC, including planning and preparing for robotic surgeries
  • Manage supplies and equipment for robotic surgeries
  • Oversee the use of robotics in surgical care, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless execution of robotic surgeries
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of robotic surgery services
Requirements:
  • Current MO RN license or multistate RN license with ability to obtain MO RN license within 90 days
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 6 months
  • Previous experience in the OR and one year of DaVinci experience required
  • Ability to work on call and report to LSMC within 30 minutes of call back
