Job Title: Telemedicine Nursing Expert

Salary: Estimated $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise as a telemedicine nursing professional, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care remotely. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and communicating effectively with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize advanced technical skills to assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers through various modes of electronic communication
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices in telemedicine nursing

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
• Current Pennsylvania RN license; ACLS certification required or obtainable within 12 months
• Proven experience in telemedicine nursing, with a focus on critical care and cardiac health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
