The ideal candidate will have six years of relevant experience and be knowledgeable of all aspects of the procurement function. Key responsibilities include developing acquisition plans, coordinating tasks, and preparing procurement packages. The successful candidate will also provide recommendations on contract type and method of acquisition, prepare Justifications for Other-Than-Full- and-Open-Competition, and present acquisition planning documentation for higher level reviews and approvals. Additionally, the candidate will review acquisition requirements documents, customer statements of work, and pre-award documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to handle multiple assignments at the same time. Desired skills include experience with Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG), and familiarity with inter-agency acquisition vehicles. The successful candidate must be eligible for an agency clearance and have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
