The team requires a skilled professional in contract negotiation, modifications, and grants that adhere to FAR/DFAR policies. This is a HYBRID role requiring an active SECRET clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and administering terms and conditions for contracts that contribute to national security objectives.
  • Collaborating in contract negotiation efforts, analyzing proposed costs, and evaluating pricing strategies.
  • Modifying contracts with precision and proficiency.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Preparing and maintaining essential contract file documentation according to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with government contracts.
  • MUST HOLD ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
  • Experience implementing DoD FAR/DFARs policies and regulations.
  • Experience with government procurement and cost analysis.
  • DoD experience desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
