Position Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk will report directly to the Operation Manager/Supervisor at LOGISTEED-America, Inc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in warehouse logistics and possess a detail-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment. Key competencies include:

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

  • Adhere to established procedures, safety, and quality standards
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance standards
  • Comprehend and execute SOPs, work instructions, and documents accurately
  • Generate and manage shipping documents and labels
  • Coordinate local and regional shipment logistics
  • Process small parcel shipments efficiently
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counting
  • Compile and verify documentation accurately
  • Utilize WMS for daily order management
  • Ensure proper receiving and shipping of materials
  • Proactively assess work area conditions and suggest improvements
  • Monitor inbound/outbound operations and assist supervisors
  • Develop knowledge of departmental policies to enhance efficiency
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a multi-tasking environment

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external customers

Safety Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics with data entry skills

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered

Additional Requirements:

  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Experience with WMS is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and fluency in English
  • Must pass drug and criminal background checks

Work Environment:

Most of the work will occur in a warehouse setting, which may not be climate-controlled.
