About the Job:

The Title Processor for Consumer Loans is a vital role at S3 Shared Services, where you will be responsible for accurately processing title paperwork in a timely manner with different agencies throughout the United States. This position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as you will interact with members, car dealerships, vendors, and credit union partners while reviewing and perfecting liens, paying drafts, releasing titles, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all assigned title applications submitted to ensure completion of all required data
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of dealer documentation prior to funding new loans/letters of credit
  • Handle and resolve incoming inquiries and escalation issues courteously and professionally
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products, and services
  • Interact with governmental agencies, dealerships, S3, and credit union partners to assist with error resolutions, lien perfections, and general title questions

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • A minimum of 2 years of focused consumer loan title processing experience required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail
  • Prioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needs
  • Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to multi-task in other areas of the unit
  • Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented
  • Ability to function in a changing environment

Benefits:

  • Salary range $45,000-$48,000 annually depending on qualifications
