About the Role

As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and verifying system-level requirements, as well as coordinating with customers and contractors to execute verification analyses and tests. Your domain expertise will be essential in organizing and coordinating domain expert objective evidence creation and documentation, as well as system-level technical reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze system-level requirements and document accordingly
  • Coordinate with customer and other contractors to execute verification analyses and tests
  • Organize and coordinate domain expert objective evidence creation and documentation
  • Organize and coordinate system-level technical reviews
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering and electrical engineering
  • Experience in requirements and verification, including requirement engineering, requirements management, and verification
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Experience generating technical data products
  • Effective communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts, lead reviews, and negotiate requirements
  • Experience integrating across functional organizations
Desired Skills
  • MS Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Project
  • Experience with DOORS or DOORS Next
  • Experience with the FBM program, working with the Navy, or submarine exposure is highly desired
