Job Overview

As an Electrical Advisor at As You Wish Electric, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our electrical services to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the service electrical field to educate customers and help them make informed decisions.
  • Provide proposals or bids for electrical work at the time of the visit, outlining clear definitions of the type of work to be performed, exclusions, prices, and options.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect 50% of the work payment after each appointment.
  • Represent the company as an ambassador, presenting yourself in a clean, professional manner at all times.
  • Adhere to our Service Guidelines for parking and entering homes, and ensure your vehicle is kept clean.
  • Communicate with the office staff to provide estimated hours for completion of projects and provide insight, direction, and/or walk-through work when needed.
  • Collaborate with field staff to ensure smooth project execution and provide all necessary information when working with General Contractors.
  • Understand and follow our safety program, and participate in sales training opportunities to enhance your skills.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven in-home sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the electrical field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
