About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer III to join our team at Clark Nexsen. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the conceptual design and development of architectural projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop design solutions that meet client needs
  • Develop and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with project management and other team members to ensure project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural design
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
  • 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design
  • Strong knowledge of design software and tools, including Revit and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
