**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Pro Sound department, you will be responsible for the installation and service of Pro AV and Paging Systems, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Install and service Pro AV and Paging Systems, including displays, projectors, sound systems, and other audio-visual equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of two years of experience in audio visual, paging, IT, or related industry.
  • Proficient in the installation and setup of audio-visual systems, paging systems, and components.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and servicing analog and digital AV / PA systems a plus.
  • Experience working with IP networks a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve, and learn quickly.
  • Great time management skills.
  • A clean valid driver's license (daily travel to customer sites required).
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Certifications including CTS, CTS-D and CTS-I or other relevant industry qualification a plus.
