This position requires a strong nursing background and excellent leadership abilities. As a Nurse Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care on your shift, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. You will also be involved in creating and maintaining an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect among team members.

Responsibilities:

  • You must be currently licensed in New York State and have a degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • You should possess leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and be computer literate.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in current healthcare technology and promote productivity and staffing initiatives.
  • Around $85,000 per year salary, including benefits like BLS validation and revalidation in accordance to AHA standards, and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Job Specifications:

  • Participate in planning, organizing, directing, decision making, and evaluation of the delivery of nursing care on their shift.
  • Must have knowledge, skill, and ability to demonstrate leadership, communicate effectively, and be competent in current healthcare technology.
