Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to lead the development of high-quality training programs and materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, learning strategy, and implementation, as well as excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructor-led courses, eLearning modules, and other instructional materials that meet the needs of our client's training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by assigning training and processing profile updates.
  • Manage project timelines and drive initiatives to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality training materials.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all training materials by facilitating successful review processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience in instructional design, educational technology, eLearning development, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience using Articulate Storyline or similar design and development software.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
