Job Title: Family Centered Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Centered Clinician to join our team at Sevita. As a Family Centered Clinician, you will provide in-home therapy services to children, youth, and their families, ensuring compliance with performance specifications and medical necessity criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home therapy services to identified youth and families within a given catchment area
  • Participate in care planning teams for identified youth and families
  • May provide outreach counseling to individuals, groups, families, and couples
  • Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as necessary
  • Attend weekly supervision, staff meetings, and consultations as required
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
  • Completed 600 clinical internship hours in a mental health setting
  • License-eligible or licensed in Massachusetts
  • 1 year of experience working with children and youth
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
