Job Overview

TotalMed is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Care Specialist to provide compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions in the behavioral health setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, including psychiatric symptoms, behavioral patterns, and risk factors.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and stability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $1,700.18 per week. TotalMed offers a range of benefits, including a 401(k) plan, licensure and relocation reimbursements, continuing education opportunities, and housing assistance.

About the Role

This role requires a current RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of recent experience in behavioral health. Strong communication and adaptability skills are essential for success in this position.
