Job Summary

Grant Martin & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our production engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in managing multiple projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects budgets and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise and lead multiple teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Review and approve progressive and transfer tooling designs.
  • Collaborate with the toolroom team to follow new tool builds and development tool loops.
  • Research and develop designs and products to meet business needs.
  • Determine the need for training and talent development within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 3-D CAD design and manufacturing engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Proficient in the use of 3-D CAD programs, preferably NX.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry-standard software.
Language Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
