Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects budgets and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Supervise and lead multiple teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for completing projects on time and within budget.
- Review and approve progressive and transfer tooling designs.
- Collaborate with the toolroom team to follow new tool builds and development tool loops.
- Research and develop designs and products to meet business needs.
- Determine the need for training and talent development within the team.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 3-D CAD design and manufacturing engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing teams and projects.
- Proficient in the use of 3-D CAD programs, preferably NX.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Master's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other industry-standard software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
