What We Are Looking For:

We seek highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers. With over 320 store locations and a legacy of 35+ years in the mattress industry, we are a family-owned and operated business in the USA. You will confidently sell our premium bedding products using our proven sales process and innovative diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Our typical work week allows our Retail Sales Consultants to work between 40 and 55 hours.
  • Provide customers with a relaxed, educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets and mobile point of sale (POS) systems, along with our exclusive bedMATCH system.
  • A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are essential for success.
  • Enjoy engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
