Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Customer Success Strategies: Create and implement success roadmaps and strategies for at-risk customers to promote retention and loyalty.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: Identify expansion sales opportunities for existing customers and work to close transactional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, service, finance, and engineering teams to ensure a consistent and strong customer message is embedded in processes.
  • Monitor and Analyze Customer Data: Utilize CRM tools to track customer activity, risks, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Management, IT, or Related Field: Required.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Consulting: Required.
  • Proven Track Record of Cross and Upselling: Demonstrated ability to cross and upsell to a defined base with proven success overachieving quota in a complex IT/Security sector.
  • Experience with CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools such as ConnectWise, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and various levels of management both verbally and in written form.
