Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with various insurance options and products, educating clients on the best fit for their needs.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance services that maximize clients' lifestyles.
  • Policy Administration: Handle policy-related tasks, including collecting payments, identifying claim errors, and updating policy changes.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the success of the agency by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Self-motivated and able to problem-solve efficiently, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Insurance Licenses: State Insurance Licenses are a plus or must be willing to obtain required licensure.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are preferred.
