- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Self-motivated and able to problem-solve efficiently, with a focus on delivering results.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Insurance Licenses: State Insurance Licenses are a plus or must be willing to obtain required licensure.
- Language Skills: Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are preferred.

- Full Reimbursement: Full reimbursement of monies paid for material and State Exam fee.
- Guaranteed Job Placement: Guaranteed job placement immediately following successfully passing the Insurance State Exam.
- Base Salary: Guaranteed base salary of $41,000/year.
- Uncapped Commission: Uncapped commission that grows as you build your book of business.
