Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client needs and develop a comprehensive project plan and budget.

  • Collaborate with the design team and project stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

  • Lead multi-family and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Ensure all project-related documents, blueprints, and drawings are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role for luxury home and/or commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
