About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our environmental services team at Amberwell Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining floors by buffing and waxing, as well as shampooing and keeping the carpets clean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain floors by buffing and waxing, as well as shampooing and keeping the carpets clean.
  • Ensure that litter and trash are removed on all scheduled days from all outside areas of the property, including parking lots and mulch beds.
  • Participate with other maintenance personnel or contractors in the removal of snow and ice by approved methods.
  • Perform facility housekeeping duties on a part-time basis as assigned.
  • Work as a member of a team and also independently.
  • Understand and follow safe work practices.
  • Ensure that all Amberwell procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
