Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Extrusion Operations Specialist to join our team at Bunge North America. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our extrusion equipment and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and adjust extrusion equipment to meet production requirements
  • Monitor and control the quality of extruded products
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement new installations and optimize production processes
  • Make operating decisions on off-shifts to ensure continuous production
  • Communicate equipment failures and maintenance needs to the maintenance team
  • Perform safety and sanitation audits to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in a team environment a plus
  • Strong knowledge of extrusion processes and equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
