About the Role

The Floor Technician is a key member of the environmental services team at Amberwell Health. This role is responsible for maintaining floors by buffing and waxing, as well as shampooing and keeping the carpets clean. The successful candidate will ensure that litter and trash are removed on all scheduled days from all outside areas of the property, including parking lots and mulch beds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform facility housekeeping duties on a part-time basis as assigned.
  • Work as a member of a team and also independently, understanding and following safe work practices.
  • Ensure that all Amberwell procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
  • Participate with other maintenance personnel or contractors in the removal of snow and ice by approved methods.
