Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including site selection, hotel room block coordination, and ground transportation.
  • Work with business unit contacts to establish meeting objectives and budgets.
  • Liaise with internal staff to ensure meeting timing and details are understood.
  • Track and confirm attendance, meeting space location, and hotel room block details.
  • Provide excellent service to all participants and troubleshoot issues during events.
  • Assist in the analysis of meeting trend data and financial data related to meetings and events.
  • Track event expenses and ensure alignment with established budget.
  • Draft post-meeting expense summaries and assist with the processing of meeting-related bills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality and/or meeting planning.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CVENT or meeting planning tool.
