Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet and announce appointments, visitors, and clients on the receptionist station; prioritize and organize resource appointment calendars and duty sheets.
- Communication: Verbally communicate directions and instructions as needed; answer inquiries and obtain information for clients, public, customers, visitors, and other parties.
- Mail and Supply Management: Responsible for citizen mail inventory and distribution; inventory and distribution of supplies.
- Visitor Management: Ensure that all persons entering the facility sign-in on the Visitor Management System and assist individuals with using the sign-in kiosks as needed.
- Customer Support: Provide customers with information about services, such as location of departments, offices, and hours of operation.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve client or public complaints by directing calls to appropriate program areas.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge, and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less.
- Education and Experience: High school or GED plus two (2) years' experience and training in fields providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities and associated with such positions as clerk or office assistant.
