Job Summary

A Läderach Shift Lead is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal candidate exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and a similar environment for the in-house team
  • Provide training and/or help Store Associates to ensure production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
  • Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying store and brand standards
  • Help ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
  • Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
  • Help lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
  • Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and topics in need of improvement
  • Other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in premium retail or a similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment (preferably within the food industry), with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
  • Reliable and flexible with scheduling (including the availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays based on store needs)
  • Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
  • Passionate about chocolate
