Duties and Responsibilities- Respond to client requests for assistance on existing coverage and/or new policies.
- Process enrollment forms, change forms, or benefit summaries as needed.
- Review existing benefits to determine the best coverage alternatives.
- Communicate renewal terms to clients and negotiate with carriers when necessary.
- Demonstrate knowledge of rating applications and procedures for group policies.
- Keep producers informed of important activities or challenges on their accounts.
- Life & Health License
- 3 to 5 years of Employee Benefit Account Management experience
- Understanding of employee benefit programs and coverage, with effective communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage workload and ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to travel up to 25%
