Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager

As a member of our Health Sector, you will take on the role of Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager, where your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all facets of project planning, execution, and client relations.
  • Managing the creation of project proposals, contracts, and budgets.
  • Planning and coordinating project deliverables while delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Ensuring effective client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Taking responsibility for overall project performance and quality standards.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance performance and maintain quality assurance.
  • Selecting and managing relationships with project sub-consultants.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business.
  • A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of building design and construction principles.
  • Project management certification and PE license are preferred.
  • Strong self-starter qualities with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • A proven track record of effective collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
