Job Overview:
The Front Desk Manager at Holiday Inn Express and Suites plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless guest experience. This position is ideal for candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring all staff deliver exceptional service and adhere to hotel policies and standards.
  • Staff Management: Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of front office personnel, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain smooth and efficient front office operations, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary controls.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Training: Provide ongoing training for staff in technical skills, hospitality, and customer service.
  • Guest Relations: Ensure high-quality service and hospitality, recognizing and responding to guest needs and preferences.
  • Problem Solving: Address system issues promptly and guide staff during operational downtimes.
  • Meetings: Organize and lead monthly departmental meetings, participating in various operational and sales strategy discussions.
  • Visibility: Be present in guest areas during peak times to support staff and ensure smooth operations.
  • Knowledge: Stay informed about daily operations, special events, and emergency procedures.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
Annual salary ranging from $42,000 to $52,000
