Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to handle case intake, monitor and respond to emails, manage process service tasks, and communicate effectively with staff and clients.
A typical day includes:
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating work assignments;
- Monitoring and answering phones;
- Reviewing and responding to emails;
- Filtration and assignment of emails to respective staff members;
- Setting up and assigning cases;
- Processing incoming documents and tasks from clients;
- Receiving, processing, assigning, and managing case loads of legal service requests;
- Providing updates and suggestions to clients on their service requests;
- Completing signed affidavits for client's service requests;
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Detailed-oriented mindset and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat;
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new software systems;
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff effectively;
- Maintaining confidentiality and strict secrecy when handling sensitive information;
- Possessing a desire for continuous growth and learning;
- Utilizing deductive reasoning and making sound independent decisions;
- Performing well in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals;
