Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Community Management Specialist to join our team at Condominium Associates. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements, and overseeing various administrative tasks.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, including facilities management, financial management, and administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements and relevant statutes.
  • Soliciting, reviewing, and compiling bid analysis sheets for community projects and maintenance.
  • Drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for large projects.
  • Investigating and reporting property damage, personal injury, and work-related accidents.
  • Liaising with legal counsel and vendors to ensure smooth Association business.
  • Managing staff, approving payroll, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Maintaining activity logs, incident reports, and vendor information.
  • Collecting HOA payments, sending delinquency notices, and preparing new resident packages.
  • Oversight of security systems, incident investigations, and website maintenance.
  • Assistance with special administrative tasks, including report preparation and vendor invoice reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in community management or a similar business role.
  • Familiarity with high-rise/condo life safety systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desired experience maintaining websites and knowledge of BuildingLink.
