As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents at Regency Wenatchee Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with evening and night shifts available. We are proud to provide a welcoming environment with a $3,000 welcome bonus for those who join us in evening and night shifts.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Adhere to individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident's specific needs and preferences are met.
2. Assist residents with daily activities, including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and toileting, while respecting their dignity and independence.
3. Maintain skin integrity to prevent pressure injuries by regularly repositioning residents and applying necessary skin care products.
4. Safeguard residents' personal belongings and report any missing items in accordance with established protocols.
5. Monitor vital signs, assist with mobility, and document care accurately in compliance with departmental guidelines.
6. Follow safety and infection control measures to ensure a secure environment for all.
7. Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should:
- Hold a valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
- Be able to obtain CPR/BLS certification.
