The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist plays a crucial role within the HR/Talent Acquisition department at MYR Group. This position focuses on the management and upkeep of the iCIMS suite of products, which includes systems for Applicant Tracking, Offer Management, Career Sites, CRM, Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, and Video Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary resource for the iCIMS Talent Acquisition suite, providing guidance and support to the TA team and the organization.
- System Configuration and Management: Oversee configurations, workflows, integrations, and updates for iCIMS products. Responsibilities include user management, training, and technical support.
- Job Template Development: Collaborate with HR Compensation Specialists to create and maintain job templates within the iCIMS system.
- Video and Website Management: Produce videos for the careers page and maintain the careers website to ensure up-to-date information.
- Social Media Coordination: Schedule and manage social media postings related to diversity and job opportunities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain the TA SharePoint site, create surveys, and generate reports as needed.
- Recruitment Agency Support: Assist with onboarding and integration of recruiting agencies into the iCIMS system.
- Attendance and Compliance: Ensure regular attendance and adherence to the company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in managing recruitment processes and creating documentation.
- Experience with report writing and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with ATS/HCM/HRIS systems, particularly iCIMS.
- A degree in IT or HR-related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
Skills and Attributes:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing tasks in a dynamic environment.
