Key Responsibilities
The Data and Collaboration Platforms Division is tasked with the conceptualization, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide data and collaboration solutions. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team responsible for IT Systems within the division.
In this role, you will be expected to engage in the following areas:
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Business Analysis and Solution Design
- Collaborate with business units to design and deliver solutions that meet user needs through various interactions over time.
- Align service/business/functional requirements with solution/application system/technical requirements, ensuring consistency with the overall project architecture.
- Vendor Management
- Oversee outsourced vendors and in-house contractors to fulfill IT service delivery and operational needs.
- Conduct procurement processes.
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to ICT Governance policies and standards.
- Implement risk management frameworks for projects and products.
- Project Management and Quality Assurance
- Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives within established parameters.
- Assure the quality of systems and applications through effective quality management practices.
- Operations, Maintenance, and User Support
- Direct the daily operations of IT services.
- Lead incident response and resolution efforts, collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain system availability.
- Monitor product vulnerabilities and manage patch implementations.
- Handle change requests, service requests, and production support issues to meet service level agreements.
- Review post-production issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with vendors on preventive measures.
- Support system implementations, software/hardware upgrades, and security patches.
- Continuously measure and enhance the performance of IT services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, and system operations.
- Proven experience in project management, vendor management, incident management, problem management, and release management.
- Strong capability in managing relationships with business, IT, and senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of systems integration across diverse technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and achieve consensus among multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant government manuals is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask and deliver results promptly.
- Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exceptional technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of coding languages, databases, application architecture, cloud technologies, and IT security.
