Role Overview


We are seeking a Guest Experience Leader to join our team at McDonald's. As a Guest Experience Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.


Responsibilities



  • Lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves.
  • Be the solution by handling guest concerns and providing a resolution that meets their satisfaction.
  • Understand the importance of teamwork and work hand-in-hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
  • Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features.
