Instructional Coach Role

As an Instructional Coach at Bright Horizons Children's Centers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality educational experiences for our children. Your expertise in early childhood education will inspire and support our teachers, driving them to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with Bright Horizons' philosophy and standards.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to teachers to enhance their instructional practices.
  • Collaborate with the education team to design and deliver professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to teachers to improve their instructional skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program.
  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu.
