Administrative Support Role: The Arc Ontario is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Support and Coordination Assistant. As a key member of our Residential Services Department, you will provide administrative support to the Residential Services Director and assist with various tasks related to residential services.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and experience working in residential services. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, handling confidential matters, and performing word-processing tasks as needed. Additionally, you will create and maintain database information and assist with updating operational manuals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.13 - $19.31 per hour, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Prepare correspondence and handle confidential matters.
  • Perform word-processing tasks as needed.
  • Create and maintain database information.
  • Assist with updating operational manuals.
  • A.S. degree in business or secretarial science and over three (3) years of secretarial experience, or equivalent combination of the above.
  • Experience in residential services is preferable.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
