A prominent technology firm is in search of an Operations Coordinator - B2B Content. The selected individual will play a vital role in managing daily editorial functions to ensure that our content creation, publication, and distribution methods are collaborative, efficient, consistent, and dependable. You will help refine and solidify the content production workflow and work closely with the team to identify misalignments in processes and propose effective solutions for the B2B Content Marketing division within our Media Team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $25/hr

- Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, Temporary Assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the content production schedule and act as the primary liaison between content marketers, the design/creative team, and other internal stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining the editorial calendar and collaborate with the team to build, oversee, and manage all content components. This encompasses website, blog, social media, email, paid digital initiatives, analytics, reports, playbooks, webinars, and live events.
- Coordinate daily content activities
- Clarify new projects, communicate requirements, establish priorities, and set production timelines.
- Discuss project priorities and collaborate with content marketing managers to devise a plan, manage team workflows, and facilitate necessary communications.
- Engage with internal partners to strategize the development process for impactful marketing content.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams to establish workflows, documentation, and guidelines for content production.
- Communicate optimal processes to internal stakeholders to streamline requests and enhance our creative pipeline.
- Continuously assess and enhance project management processes, leveraging industry best practices to optimize project delivery and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in content, creative operations, or project management, ideally within the B2B/technology/media sectors.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to set expectations, drive alignment, and achieve business goals.
- Capability to maintain focus while managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with various aspects of content marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, photo/video production, and creative file formats.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Experience with project management tools, including Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
