Job Summary

The Maintenance Planner works closely with the OMC Maintenance Lead and other key team members to create accurate plans for labor, equipment, and parts needed to complete jobs outlined on work orders. This role reports to the Site Operations Maintenance Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate maintenance plans, prioritizing work and ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Utilize SAP, Excel, and other computer skills to manage engineering documentation, including P&IDs, ISA data sheets, vendor manuals, and engineering standards.
  • Estimate maintenance job costs and time requirements with accuracy, utilizing maintenance planning tools to develop effective job plans.
  • Request materials required to complete work orders, reviewing the Scope of Work to identify requirements for specialty services.
  • Create accurate plans for work orders assigned, working to reduce work backlog and daily material coordination using approved MRO processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, High School Job Readiness Certification, or equivalent educational diploma.
  • Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position.
  • Journeyman Mechanic or Electrician experience.

Work Schedule

Flexible day shift hours, occasional overtime, and weekends.

Starting Hourly Pay Rate

$41.33.
