Job Overview

Position: Customer Service Team Leader

Compensation: $19 - $23/hr plus tips*
*Based on experience

Base pay prior to tips: $2-4/hour from a pooled tips system

This option is available as a voluntary benefit for those who wish to participate, featuring four swing shifts commencing between 10 am and Noon each day, lasting for 9 hours and 45 minutes, inclusive of a lunch break.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to established recipes for preparing, mixing, and cooking various ingredients.
  • Gain experience across different kitchen stations including Garde Manger, Grill, Roast, Market line, Concierge, and Delivery/Packout.
  • Engage with guests regarding current menu items, seasonal offerings, and ingredient sourcing.
  • Support the team during both peak and off-peak service times by assisting wherever needed.
  • Maintain mobility in the kitchen for extended periods; physical tasks may be performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Help uphold health and safety standards by adhering to Department of Health regulations and our internal food safety protocols.
