Transform the Future of Robotics Sales

Prime Robotics is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and innovation in our robotics sales organization. As our VP of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and executing key initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the robotics and material handling industry.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales reps to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives, including partner programs, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation in the robotics or material handling industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with sales enablement, including sales training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
