Position Overview

The Premium Club Service Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of food and beverage items, enhancing the overall dining experience within the Premium Clubs. This part-time, event-driven role is part of the Food and Beverage Department, with hours varying based on the event schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Timely delivery of food and beverage orders to club patrons.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including production specifications, ingredients, cooking times, and presentation standards.
  • Familiarity with available beers and cocktails.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guests receive exceptional service.
  • Understand and implement responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
  • Navigate the arena effectively to assist guests as needed.
  • Support other Food & Beverage departments as required.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service.

Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced restaurant-like environment, with the expectation of being on their feet for 30 to 40 hours per week. The role involves physical activities such as lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs, as well as navigating stairs frequently.

Additional Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous.
  • Experience in an arena environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven customer service abilities.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
