Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Responsible for maintaining and analyzing data to provide insightful reports that inform our Marketing and Sales divisions about economic and company factors impacting ongoing initiatives.
  • Trend Analysis: Evaluate historical data and trends to identify variances and provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed and summary reports for annual budgets and periodic updates, ensuring timely communication with designated planners.
  • Variance Explanations: Summarize results and write comprehensive explanations for significant variances, leveraging knowledge of departmental activities.
  • Special Projects: Assist management with special projects by gathering and analyzing data, presenting findings in a clear and effective manner.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of the company's performance, comparing key financial ratios over time and against competitors.
  • Competitor Research: Analyze competitors' financial documents and press releases to extract relevant data for management's review.
  • International Support: Provide analytical support for international markets, assessing the financial implications of compensation and incentive programs.
Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a finance or accounting role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred.

Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and excellent communication skills for reporting and presentations.
