Customer Success Manager

Sev1Tech is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the Customer Success Team, providing direction to Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs). The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of Federal Government contracting and experience leading a customer-facing federal contract team.
The Customer Success Team has two primary functions: maintaining active relationships with customers to ensure that project teams are meeting their needs and that their requests for new capabilities are understood and considered; and working across groups to help resolve conflicting requirements and priorities.
The responsibilities of this role include facilitating evaluation of ECIS technical requirements, determining resources needed to meet those requirements, and assigning Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) to manage projects. The successful candidate will also provide customer requirements to the Architecture, Engineering, and Integration Manager, ensure that all TDMs proactively inform customers of new and improved service offerings, and review delivery progress across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously, demonstrated record of success motivating teams to deliver consistently high-quality customer service, and ability to obtain a Public Trust. PMP certification is also desired.
