Customer Care Specialist

At Serenity Healthcare, LLC, we are revolutionizing the field of healthcare by providing patients with access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to help patients heal using this innovative approach.

Responsibilities
Be the face of Serenity Healthcare
One on one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment
Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program
Own outcomes of patient treatment

Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED
Strong customer service mindset
Three years' work experience in customer service required
Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills
Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals
