Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review specs, drawings, and other documents
  • Submit RFIs and clarifications to GCs and customers
  • Evaluate project intent for potential value engineering or betterments
  • Work closely with the operations team for proper input on production, equipment, and logistics
  • Obtain material and subcontractor quotes
  • Produce accurate takeoff and pricing based on bid documents and project intent
  • Produce complete proposals outlining scope of work and inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications
  • Conduct scope reviews and meet with GCs and customers
  • Review and assist in negotiating contracts for each job
  • Set up and hand off projects to the operations and submittal teams
