Position Overview:
As the Company Accountant, you will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with senior leadership, the finance team, and various departments within the organization.
Your role will require a proactive mindset and a meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to efficiently gather, analyze, and present financial data to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare comprehensive monthly and weekly financial statements, along with balance sheet reconciliations and management reports.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of budget versus actual results.
3. Manage labor costs and oversee inventory tracking.
4. Implement process automation and improvement initiatives.
5. Ensure the integrity and integration of various systems, including ERP, payroll, and inventory management.
6. Handle ad hoc project assignments as required.
7. Prepare operational cash flow statements and budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Problem-solving skills with a focus on process enhancement.
5. CA or CPA qualification is essential.
6. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated history of stability in previous roles.
