Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare comprehensive monthly and weekly financial statements, along with balance sheet reconciliations and management reports.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of budget versus actual results.
3. Manage labor costs and oversee inventory tracking.
4. Implement process automation and improvement initiatives.
5. Ensure the integrity and integration of various systems, including ERP, payroll, and inventory management.

7. Prepare operational cash flow statements and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.
