Job Overview

The Crossing at Big Creek is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ambassador in Training to join our team. As an Ambassador in Training, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests
  • Provide assistance with skill games, explain gaming rules, and ensure a smooth play and payout process
  • Offer hospitality at our lodge, bartend, and cook in the brewery
  • Alert the tech or gaming floor manager of any malfunctioning games
  • Perform light cleaning duties related to the gaming floor, lodge, and cabins
  • Facilitate bingo games and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Subject to a drug screen within 90 days of employment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
