Senior Treasury Transformation Specialist

The Treasury Transformation team within the Treasury organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their ranks. As a Senior Treasury Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining, driving, and executing end-to-end process design and implementation efforts to enhance processes, controls, infrastructure, and operational toolsets required to support day-to-day Liquidity, Non-Trading Market Risk (NTMR), and Capital Planning teams.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the implementation of regulatory requirement oversight processes across the Treasury organization, including mapping of regulatory requirements to Policy documents, mapping and monitoring of controls, and development of employee training around Tier 1 regulation.
- Project manage against defined implementation timelines and due dates, engaging with senior personnel to discuss Policy document and controls coverage, and where potential enhancements are required.
- Engage with the Policy team to ensure the appropriate governance measures are taken when revising Policy documentation, and attend governance forums related to the oversight of regulation related to Treasury LRRs.
- Engage with independent risk management and Internal Audit to provide information and answer any questions related to the implementation and monitoring of regulatory oversight processes.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of one or more Treasury regulations, including Reg. WW, Reg. YY Subpart D, SR 10-1, SR 15-18, 12 CFR, and 12 CFR 252.
- Strong understanding of financial risks and controls, as well as the ability to be adaptive in a rapidly changing environment and manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication and project management skills.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $187,000, plus discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
