Job Summary

The Truck Dumper is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of trucks and trailers within the production facility, maintaining a steady flow of raw materials, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a consistent supply of raw materials by dumping trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
  • Clean and prepare trailers for dumping, adhering to customer requirements.
  • Position trailers in the holding lot to facilitate efficient next-day routes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dock area, including the Bartlett lift tractor.
  • Perform general labor tasks related to facility operations.
  • Prioritize safety above all else, adhering to company safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience is preferred.
  • Current Class A CDL is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior experience operating a tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor is preferred.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
Physical Demands
  • Frequent walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching.
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, moving, or lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Regularly reaching with hands and arms.
Work Environment

Job functions will be carried out in a production facility, requiring tolerance for varying temperatures.
