Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor Clinic LPN LVN to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a key member of our clinical department, you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring patient care is delivered within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct staff in the clinical department to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Nurse Manager and/or Site Manager/Director to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and departmental performance.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college.
  • California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
  • 3 years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice, with 1 year in a medical practice.
  • Employee supervision/management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • EMR and/or IDX experience.
